Although I have been running my own Virtual Assistant Agency for about 5 years, I never stepped out on faith to do it full time.

….and then COVID-19.

Prior to the pandemic, I was fearful that I would not be able to generate enough revenue to maintain myself as a Virtual Assistant so I always kept it as a part time job to bring in extra money. When COVID started making huge financial impacts on my employer, they offered a package to walk away. Without even thinking twice, I took it. I used the severance package to take the certification course, and now I am a Certified Online Business Manager. I like to say that I bring calm to the chaos.

My ideal clients are speakers, authors and coaches who have grown to the point that they now need a team in order to function. Most teams consist of a graphic person, a copywriter, an IT guru, and a techy VA to keep everything running smoothly. Managing a team is not why they started their coaching business. That is where I come in. I am able to set up systems and processes and act as a gatekeeper to allow the client to stay in their zone of genius, and only work on the things that they love to do. One of the first things that I do with a new client is to create a Standard Operating Procedure manual, so that staff transitions can be somewhat seamless.

By me managing the team, it allows my clients to have more time. That means more time with family, more time to create content, and more time for self care. Nothing makes me feel better than to talk to a client who has called to thank me for taking that massive load off of their plate.

If you are in need of someone to manage the back office of your business, I would love to speak to you. Please schedule a time so that we can chat.  www.calendly.com/inboxva.
