Submit a Spotlight

Member Spotlights offer two incredible ways to showcase your expertise: a live presentation at your Circle meeting and a blog post on our website.

• Live Presentations: Members at the Circle and Core levels are eligible for one 10-15 minute live spotlight presentation per year. Please contact your Circle Leaders to get on the schedule!
• Spotlight Blogs: These remain on our website indefinitely. We strongly encourage you to create evergreen content—articles that provide ongoing value, tips, or education that stay relevant to readers long after the posting date. The submission form is below.

Spotlight blog submissions are available to Circle and Core level members. The number of posts allowed per year is based on your specific membership level.

Content Guidelines

• Focus on Value: Share industry trends, expert tips, or educational case studies. Aim for content that provides ongoing value to the community rather than a temporary sales pitch. When in doubt, consider writing about how you use business networking in your industry; the Women Belong audience is always interested in networking topics.
• Length: We suggest 1–5 paragraphs of original content.
• Traffic & CTA: Include links to your website and a clear call-to-action to help drive traffic to your business.

Community Standards & Liability
To maintain a supportive environment, we do not allow content that is hateful, involves body-shaming, promotes unhealthy behaviors, or discusses illegal activities. All content is subject to admin approval. If there are any issues with your submission, you will be contacted. Women Belong does not assume liability for content posted. The article is the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the writer.

Submission Directions
The form below is a one-time submission. Please ensure your Title, Article, and Image are exactly as you want them before clicking submit.

• Title: Provide a clear, engaging title.
• Featured Image: You must own the rights or have a legal license for your image. Try free stock sites like pexels.com or unsplash.com (Optimal size: 800px wide x 500px tall).
• Final Review: There are no drafts. Once you hit submit, the content is final and cannot be edited by the user. Please proofread carefully!

Promotion & Sharing
Once approved and posted, we will promote your article across our social media platforms to help expand your reach. You will be notified once the article is live. Be sure to share the link with your own network to maximize its impact!
